Who We Are

Prior to joining TISFD, Simon served as Deputy Chief Executive of ShareAction, a responsible investment charity, leading the organisation’s work to build ambitious investor engagement initiatives to help companies transition towards a fair, just and sustainable economy. He previously worked for McKinsey & Company, a global management consultancy, where he helped build the firm’s social responsibility function. Simon has also served as a diplomat for the British government, including an overseas posting to Pakistan and as a private secretary to the Minister for Europe. He is currently a member of the Senior Advisory Board of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development's Preparer Forum for Sustainable Disclosure.
