Simon outlines how TISFD is working to develop a disclosure framework that supports businesses and financial institutions in identifying and reporting on their impacts, dependencies, risks, and opportunities related to people. The framework aims to build on and complement the approaches developed by The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD)—placing the spotlight on social-related issues.

This interview is part of TISFD’s collaboration with Forvis Mazars, who serves as a Knowledge Partner to the Taskforce. Forvis Mazars will contribute strategic expertise and insight to help shape a robust and practical social disclosure framework that can be used across sectors and geographies.
